What Will Your Daily Life Be Like

• Gather and document the client's business intelligence (BI) needs

• Collaborate with the business analyst to find the right information dissemination solution based on the business needs

• Ensure, upon delivery of the overall BI solution, that the business needs have been met for each BI project

• Establish and reconcile the priorities of the business needs of the various BI projects

• Establish and ensure the use of common definitions within the various business sectors in collaboration with the client manager

• Detail the architectures required to support the business solutions

• Accompany the business sectors in the definition of their high-level needs, in the linkage between strategic planning and the BI roadmap as well as in the launch of BI initiatives

• Ensure the coherence of the business solution versus the target vision of the information environment

• Establish the BI business vision, the action plan to achieve it and promote this strategy to the various business sectors

What We Look For in Our Ideal Candidate

• University level training in computer science or equivalent

• Minimum of 10 years of experience

• Good knowledge of the BI domain

• Good knowledge of data analysis techniques and the application of architecture-related concepts

• Rich experience in data warehousing and business intelligence (BI) and mastery of key concepts

• Excellent ability to synthesize information and make it accessible to the public

• Excellent ability to understand customer and user needs

• Flawless spoken and written French (important)

• Good knowledge of the English language (reading)

• Demonstrate leadership skills

• Experience in consulting (an important asset)
