As an advanced management consultant, you’ll analyze and document management information needs. You’ll also propose concrete improvement strategies to optimize organizational performance based on defined indicators.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Support the client in solving complex business challenges.
- Conduct assessments, perform diagnostics, and provide a clear picture of the current situation.
- Develop strategic plans and master plans aligned with business priorities.
- Create business cases and strategic documents (target vision, strategic directions, recommendations, etc.).
- Manage the planning, coordination, integration, and follow-up of activities involving multiple teams.
- Produce management reports and monitor performance indicators for accountability and reporting purposes.
What you’ll bring to the role
- University degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field
- At least 15 years of experience in complex environments
- Strong political acumen and ability to navigate sensitive organizational contexts
- Excellent understanding of business challenges and strategies to achieve organizational goals
- Solid experience in data warehousing and business intelligence, with mastery of key concepts
- Strong ability to synthesize information and present it clearly to executive audiences (managers, VPs, leadership teams, etc.)
- Outstanding verbal communication and public speaking skills
- Excellent written French skills
- Recognized leadership and strong influencing abilities
- Consulting experience
